What types of payment options are available?
We accept credit card payment via the subscription process. For large orders with digital signage, we accept checks as well.
Can I add upgrades to my plan at any time?
Yes! Though we have all the basic features available for one low price, if you want to add any upgrades, customizations or digital signage features, you may do so from your SteepleMate church profile or by calling our customer support line directly.
How soon can I get my subscription activated to the web-based SteepleMate CMS?
Your subscription is active immediately. Upon subscribing, you are directed to the quick onboarding and set up guide for immediate use.
Can I just use the SteepleMate CMS software without using any add-on features or custom features?
Yes. SteepleMate is designed for churches of all sizes and needs. The basic SteepleMate Software is designed to work as a stand-alone with add on features, digital signage, and custom features to enhance your system as desired for higher visibility and servings larger membership.
How are updates to the SteepleMate CMS products delivered and maintained?
Pentesoft, creator of SteepleMate CMS, handles all updates and maintenance of the software and system.
When does my subscription/software license usage begin?
Your subscription begins once you pay for the service.
Do you send subscription/licensure renewal notices?
Yes, your CMS will alert you when your subscription is up for renewal or payment.
Can I call and place my order for SteepleMate CMS subscription and/or products?
Yes, you have the option to speak to us directly or to subscribe online.
Is there a fee for support services after the initial onboard of my SteepleMate CMS?
No. All support is free to subscribers of SteepleMate CMS for the duration of your subscription.
Will I have a direct contact that will work with me as a SteepleMate CMS subscriber?
Yes. All subscribers, small to large are assigned to an account manager for the duration of your subscription.
Is there live support for subscribers with just the basic SteepleMate CMS software subscription?
There is live support for every level of a subscriber.
How much is shipping for hardware purchases?
Shipping is determined on the weight and location of shipping.
What are the hours for live support help?
Monday - Friday 8:30 CST - 6 pm CST. For new digital signage customers, your account manager will be on call if needed for the initial service weekend launch to assure a successful launch.
Are there any extra/hidden fees?
NO! Our basic features are included in our price. Any add-on features, custom features and/or digital signage options require a purchase and set-up prior to using.
